Bailey Partnership wins five lots on university estates consultancy framework
The multidisciplinary practice has secured quantity surveying, structural, M&E, planning and fire engineering places on what it calls the London University Partnership Framework, serving universities and higher education institutions across London.
Bailey Partnership has secured places on five lots of a higher education estates framework, taking quantity surveying, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, planning and fire engineering roles for university clients.
The multidisciplinary practice said it had won places on what it calls the London University Partnership Framework. It listed its appointments as Quantity Surveying (Lot 3), Structural Engineering (Lot 4), Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Lot 5), Planning (Lot 6) and Fire Engineering (Lot 8).
Bailey Partnership said the appointments cover technical consultancy and project advisory services for capital projects, estate development and maintenance programmes at universities and higher education institutions across London.
Simon Zawada, Managing Director and Framework Manager at Bailey Partnership, said: "Securing places across five distinct disciplines on the London University Partnership Framework is a testament to the depth of expertise within our multidisciplinary teams."
The firm
Bailey Partnership's announcement does not name the body that runs the framework or give its reference number.
The firm said it has more than 50 years' experience delivering project services to public clients through formal framework arrangements.
Zawada said: "We look forward to working closely with university partners across London to support the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and future-proofed estate infrastructure."
University estates frameworks
Separately, the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) announced on 21 September 2026 that its first-generation Estates Professional Services Framework, reference EFM5099 LU, was live and available to UKUPC members.
LUPC said the agreement had been awarded to a range of pre-qualified suppliers and runs from 14 September 2026 to 13 September 2029, with an option to extend by a further 12 months to 13 September 2030.
According to LUPC, the framework is open to member organisations of LUPC, APUC, HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC.
LUPC said the Architectural Services lot, Lot 7, had been withdrawn from the framework for consideration at a later date, leaving seven live lots.
The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC), in a page dated 5 October 2026, lists Lot 3 on the LUPC-led framework as Quantity Surveying Services and Lot 8 as Fire Safety Services.
NWUPC said the framework lets members source services across the full property lifecycle, and that environmental performance, carbon reduction, social value and sustainable asset management are central to service delivery under it. LUPC said all suppliers on the framework have committed to the Sustain Code of Conduct.
LUPC's framework has an initial term ending on 13 September 2029, with the extension option running to 13 September 2030.
